“Surprisingly good close to the heart of Venice.”

The 10th of August 2012: “I was a little worried about what we might have booked for such a low price during the high of summer in Venice, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is easy to get to via the water bus (couple of minutes walk from the hospital stop) and a short walk (10 min) to the Grand Canal and St Marcs. Our room was very spacious with a private bathroom, very well priced mini bar (750ml bottle of wine 6€) and effective air conditioning. It was quiet at night, the owners/manager very nice and helpful, and basic but decent breakfast is provided with very good coffee. It is also close to some very good back streets that are less frequented by tourists.”

Prior to arrival, he always responded to emails promptly and with good answers to any questions. In person, he is even better. He took the time to help better my ...
